Return and refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report an issue, please provide clear photos and/or a video along with your order number. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Items that are broken or damaged after delivery

Scratches, water damage, or signs of misuse

Any alteration or repair done by the customer or a third party

Missing original box, tags, or accessories

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items reported within 24 hours of delivery and are subject to stock availability.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
