Delivery Charges

Order Confirmation Process

  • After paying the delivery charges, the customer must send a screenshot of the payment to our official WhatsApp number.

  • Once the payment screenshot is received and verified, the order will be confirmed, and the delivery timeline will be counted from that point onward.

If Delivery Charges Are Not Paid

  • If a customer does not contact us or does not send the delivery payment screenshot, our team will reach out via phone call to assist with order confirmation.

  • Orders will only be processed once delivery charges are confirmed.
